Online practice questionnaire - This is a completely anonymous questionnaire. You will need an access code to complete the questionnaire. Answers cannot be linked back to patients or access codes, so all responses are completely anonymous

Pencoed and Llanharan Surgery Pages. These pages list the various services and facilities at each surgery. Includes details of how to make an appointment, home visits, repeat prescriptions etc. You can view the Pencoed or Llanharan Services available at each surgery. There are details about the New Patient Health Checks, Clinics, Cervical smears, etc. New patients can print out the New Patient Questionnaire and bring it along, already filled in, for their New Patient Check.

Out of Hours: This page gives details of what to do if you need to contact a Doctor when the surgeries are closed.

Prescriptions: You can order your repeat medication by filling in the form in this section. Also explains your repeat prescription side slip.

Minor Surgery: This section gives details of our Minor Surgery clinics. Includes online waiting list so that you can check your appointment date (this only applies to "in-house" surgery with Dr Preest and does not apply to patients waiting to go to hospital for their surgery). Also includes sections on

Investigations: We are aware that it can be very difficult to remember what the Doctor or Nurse has said to if you need to have an investigation, whether it is a simple blood test or a more detailed scan. This section includes information to supplement the advice given to you during a consultation with the Doctor. There are sections explaining the following:
